Most of us have opinions, and so do our friends in regards to sports – particularly football.
Whether that is driven by passion for a team we have followed as a teenager or from a parent as we grew up, or adopted in recent years – sport is big conversation for friends, strangers in a bar or on a beach or in a meeting in an office.
Whatever the driver, we all have an opinion when it comes to sport. At TAI we are no different, except we recognized that sometimes that passion sometimes impairs our ability to make the right decision or bet, or recognise a bad bet when we should.
As a result of having worked in the gaming industry for over 12 years, we are aware of a large number of professional betting advisors who have for most of their lives lived more than comfortably betting on sport.
Three years ago we set out to contact them. We then studied their records, and identified from these who would supply the best combination without impeding each other, in order for us to maximise the return both for the client and us.
Having selected these managers, we have over the last two years invested our own money -utilizing the services of up to at any one time 12 professionals in the sports betting markets with our own capital, in order to find the best combination which can consistently produce returns for the sports enthusiast and to be considered an alternative investment.
These sports betting professionals have either through utilization of a black box system, or other methods known to them, have then taking data from teams, players, pitches, referee’s, analysis of their strengths and weaknesses over the course of the season – as well as off field information. Our professionals also look at head to head match up’s as well as first half second half performance.
These professionals focus on different leagues in football, some on the lower tier leagues and working upwards towards third and second, whilst others are focused outside of the UK on non-premier football, second and third tier leagues in Iceland, Finland, Holland, Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Russia, Greece and across the Americas.
We have also added into this other sports such as Tennis, golf and on occasion rugby.
The constant management of these by our own in-house team overseen by our fund manager, allows us to take advantage of their experience, knowledge and astute analysis of sports chosen by them.
We are equally monitoring and following with our own money new Sports betting professionals whom we have identified, constantly comparing their performance in harness with our chosen managers looking to identify both better correlation but also price anomalies which may occur across a range of bookmakers.
Once they have proven to us they can consistently produce both returns, but also information and real betting propositions that can actually be placed - we will then consider either adding them to the portfolio of managers on the following conditions:
- Assess all of these and the odds simultaneously as they come into us, utilizing our proprietary system – in order for us to yield the best performance for our customers over the year.
- With the chosen betting professionals, TAI Sports Fund aims to achieve the highest yield possible with up to 4000 bets per season. With so many bets onboard, we will reduce variance in the long run and make the most possible profit possible!
- Over the course of the season, we expect to return between at least 50 up to 250 units of profits with total transparency as 99% of the bets are sent to you to verify before the match starts.
